“In two days all the moisture on my windows was gone. Not only did it take the moisture off the window, the moisture between the window and the storm window was also gone. My wooden windows are now completely dry and I’ve been able to keep them from rotting. In the winter all the moisture I was getting caused two doors to swell so that they were not closing correctly. Believe it or not, the doors are now operating as they should. I also find that my house is staying warmer, I guess that’s from not heating moist air.”
Sincerely,
L.W.

The typical family generates a lot of moisture – everyday, commonplace activities such as cleaning, bathing, cooking and even breathing add to indoor moisture levels. This moisture has a tendency to find its way downwards into foundations, permeating the lower levels of dwellings. Even the materials that make up your home, such as concrete and wood, can absorb excess moisture that needs to be dried out.
